About this Course

Let's go Trail Running! Join a fun and supportive all-female group of trail runners who will keep you accountable and motivated to your Spring running goals! Each week we will be increasing distance and time on the trails. Each participant will receive a basic 12 week running plan to follow as well as a few running specific strength workouts. Comfortable to run 5km on varied terrain and Trail Shoes are recommended.
