A full 30 minutes of spin intervals followed by 30 minutes of dryland exercises with a gradual spin warm up to start and an awesome stretch to finish off. Join Sylvie from Sweet Skills for this non-stop high energy class that will build your strength and stamina during the winter. It’s guaranteed to give you a strong start to your mountain bike season!
